Tips to buy your custom faja
If you haven’t had surgery yet, purchase according to the compression level you can handle.
Stage 1 Faja: We recommend ordering it 10 days before your surgery. The Stage 1 Tributo Faja is designed to provide a gentle touch for women who have just undergone surgery. The extra-soft, high-quality fabric offers the minimum compression needed to support recovery in the first few days.
High Compression (Stage 2): We suggest purchasing and sending your measurements around your 2nd/3rd week post-op, once your incisions are fully healed. These fajas include rods and offer increased compression.
If you have sensitive skin and prefer to avoid rods, we recommend our Serena fajas for Stage 2.
Extra High Compression (Stage 3): We recommend purchasing and sending your measurements between 2-3 months post-op, once your skin is fully healed. These fajas are built with rods and latex, providing a significantly higher level of compression. We highly recommend getting an extender with this compression level, just in case it's too tight or you struggle to close it at first—it will give you a few extra inches.
Alternatively, if you prefer a Stage 3 faja with rods but want more comfort, our Aphrodite fajas are a great option.
These are our suggestions based on 12 years of experience in the market. However, always consider your surgeon’s advice and how your body feels.
For High Compression (Stage 2 with rods), you can start wearing it from your 2nd/3rd week post-op, provided your incisions are fully healed. If your incisions are not healed, we do not recommend fajas with rods. In this case, we suggest our Serena fajas, which come without rods and feature a more silky fabric.
For Extra-High Compression (Stage 3 with rods and latex), typically from your 2nd/3rd month post-op. Some clients can start using Extra-High Compression Tributo Fajas around their 6th month, as the compression level is extremely high. Consider this when ordering an Extra-High Compression garment. Make sure you can tolerate this level of compression. If you’re not used to it, wear it for 4 to 5 hours initially until your body adapts. Alternatively, consider our Aphrodite fajas with rods for a more manageable level of compression.
Take your measurements in the morning hours without a faja.
Follow the instructions in the video guide for taking measures. If you have any questions, you can request a video call for advice:
The measures must be exact. We will make the necessary reductions. (If you send different measurements and the faja we make does not fit we won't change or modify your faja).
In order to ensure zero compression on the hips and butt, our fajas have different compression levels:
If you don't mind having some compression on your hips and butt and need more compression on your lower abdomen, please add this to the notes.
The faja you receive will not match the exact measurements you provided when placing the order due to the elasticity of the material, which can expand approximately 10 inches. If the faja matched your measurements exactly, it wouldn’t provide the necessary compression. The design takes both your measurements and the material’s stretch into account.

The main difference is the feeling of comfort for the BBL butt and the effect of Butt lifting for the Butt Lift. However, both butts have the same dimensions width, and length. If you still feel you need more fabric because your butt is big, you can always write on notes you want a bigger size on the butt section.
Here are some possible reasons why:
You may have reduced swelling.
You may tolerate more compression than average.
You may have lost inches while your faja was being made.
You may have taken your measurements in the evening when you’re more swollen.
Your measurements may not have been taken correctly.
After purchasing your garment, continue wearing a faja while you wait for your new one to arrive. If you don’t, you may experience swelling, and the new faja may not fit properly.
Remember that all bodies are different, and you may lose weight or reduce swelling while waiting for your faja.
With 12 years of experience, we’ve found that many customers wear their fajas incorrectly, leading them to believe their fajas are too small. In most cases, this misunderstanding arises from improper wearing.

Don’t worry if you find it challenging the first time you wear your faja—we’ve all been there! Check out this fun video from one of our clients, showing how difficult it can be at first, but also how fabulous you'll look once it’s on!

Remember, fajas are compression garments and will never measure the same as your body because they are designed to be smaller. Here’s a quick guide:
If your faja has rods, the waist should measure 10 - 11.5 inches less.
If it doesn't have rods or latex, it should measure around 12.5 inches less.
These measurements apply only to the waist. The hip area contains Lycra, a fabric that stretches significantly.

During customization, you can choose between two options: Flap Opening or Zipper Flap. Select the one that best suits your needs and preferences:
Flap Opening: This standard feature allows for easy urination and is gentle on the skin.
Zipper Flap: This option includes a flap in the front crotch area for added comfort, with the zipper positioned at the back near the buttocks for convenient bathroom access.
